GLOW WORM BUILDS EXECUTIVE RANKS

AGENCY SEES GROWTH IN CONSUMER HEALTH MARKETING

NEW YORK, NY, September 18, 2008 – Seeing opportunities in the fast changing consumer healthcare marketing arena, Glow Worm announced that it has hired Mark Drossman as EVP, Executive Creative Director, a new position at the agency.

The hire of Drossman, follows the arrival of Dorothy Wetzel as EVP, Managing Director. Wetzel joined the agency last September from Saatchi & Saatchi Healthcare, a sister agency in the Publicis Healthcare Communications Group. Prior to her agency life, Wetzel spent her career on the client side, most recently at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals where she had been VP Consumer Marketing. At Pfizer, Wetzel developed a strong track record of spearheading innovation in consumer healthcare marketing.

“Mark and I both come to Glow Worm fluent in multiple consumer communication disciplines-advertising, digital, direct, CRM, social marketing and PR. Together with our executive team we are developing new ways for our clients to create more engaging brand experiences with consumers,” noted Dorothy Wetzel. “Mark adds a new dimension to our team, bringing consumer marketing expertise, direct and digital channel marketing and a history of award-winning work, both in and out of healthcare.”

Drossman has served both as an art director and a copywriter at a number of top advertising agencies during his 26-years in the business. He is joining Glow Worm from Ogilvy where he spent the last 10 years in direct and digital as Senior Partner, Creative Director, working on a wide variety of brands including American Express, DHL and Time Warner Cable. In pharma, Drossman has worked on everything from Amitiza to Zoloft. For OTC, he has written TV spots for Afrin, Doctor Scholl’s and Lotrimin.

“The moment I met Dorothy, I knew she’d be a terrific partner and this would be a great opportunity. Glow Worm really understands the importance of engagement marketing, which is a turbo-charged version of relationship marketing that draws on all the marketing disciplines. ” explained Drossman. “This approach differentiates the agency in the marketplace and empowers us to think more creatively about how to use new solutions to connect with our target.”
